Retail branding and environment for American Carwash at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, London

The Brief
To create a five star image for American Carwash that could elevate their visibility within the carparks of Brent Cross Shopping Centre as well as improve the quality of their environment for both staff and customers.
The Solution
A full brand review was undertaken of the carwash products and service levels and a recommendation made for how the branding could be shaped to commincate more effectively and the work environments be improved.
The branding for American Carwash was updated and a new visual language created to communicate the benefits of their service.
Working within scope of the multi-storey and outdoor carparks we created a design concept that would improved perceptions of the business, and provide the communication tools to enable staff to better explain the products on offer and for them to up sell where appropriate.
Light levels were increased within the multi-storey work bays to both improve the customer experience and improve the working environment for the staff.
Canopies were introduced to one fixed carpark location.
The visual language was extended from benefit explanation to retail promotions.
Following the success of the implementation at Brent Cross Shopping Centre the scheme has be rolled out to their other locations.
