Magazine and brochure design based in London
The Brief
Following discussions within the College of St George, Windsor Castle, it was decided that a magazine would be a good tool to communicate and explore the different departments and aspects of the College, St George's Chapel and its place within Windsor Castle, with the College community and benefactors being approached by the Development Team.
The brief was to provide a double-page spread for each department and produce a document which could articulate the life within the College.
The Solution
The name of The Companion was proposed linking with the Order of the Garter, for which the Chapel is the spiritual home. A 20 page magazine was created which allowed for input from St George's House, St George's School, St George's Chapel, St George's Chapel Archives and the Development Team.
A design was created which would encourage engagement with the articles and provide a platform for the contemporay and historical imagery and stories.
The magazine ran for 10 years and 21 issues were produced for circulation within the Castle community and benefactors.
